About the developer

ELT Group is a real estate development company with an 18-year business history in Georgia, whose construction division was founded in Batumi in 2017. The company became a pioneer of the concept of large-scale mixed-use districts combining residential real estate, hotel infrastructure, and retail and entertainment spaces.

Its flagship project, ELT Quarter on Batumi’s New Boulevard, includes aparthotels operated under Wyndham and Barcelo. Over its years of operation, ELT Group has built more than 300,000 m² of real estate and attracted investors from 61 countries worldwide.

In 2022, the company was recognized as the fastest-growing in Georgia. Today, ELT is developing the Spanish Quarter in Tbilisi and continues its expansion into international markets.
