Mayab Tulum

Mayab Tulum is an exclusive eco-resort in the heart of Tulum's jungle, offering residences with private pools, a natural cenote, and an observatory. A space where luxury meets untouched nature.

The architectural concept by Elias Rizo Arquitectos carefully preserves 60% of the wild flora on a one-hectare plot. The project's infrastructure includes an impressive 28-meter rooftop infinity pool, a high-tech gym with Panatta equipment, a yoga studio, coworking, and a unique "Salon Zero" concrete amphitheater for deep meditation.

Apartment interiors are crafted from noble local materials: rosa morada wood, stone, and chukum finishes. Panoramic windows and ceilings up to six meters high fill the space with light, creating an atmosphere of freedom. The project is equipped with solar panels and water treatment systems, representing a high-yield investment in the region's sustainable future.
