About the developer

Metropol is a premium real estate development company founded in Tbilisi in 2022. The company became the first Georgian developer to simultaneously deliver residential, investment, and suburban projects.

Its portfolio includes properties in Tbilisi and Batumi with a total area exceeding 545,000 m² and more than 3,500 apartments. Its flagship project, Metropol Cube in Batumi, is being developed in partnership with Royal Tulip (Louvre Hotels Group), with investments exceeding 160 million GEL.

The company integrates green architecture and smart home technologies into every project. In 2024, Metropol was included in the global Top 100 Real Estate Developers list by Luxury Lifestyle Awards — an international recognition achieved in just two years. The company’s investment portfolio has exceeded 1.05 billion GEL.
